Who is Jedindi?

Jedindi is a representation of my family. Jedess (Me) - Cindy (Mum) - Bindi (Dads/David Hudson language name). Inspired by my childhood, growing up surrounded by strong figures in my life. My brand represents my upbringing, my grandmas, my sisters, my cousins, and my friends.

A First Nations Australian brand that is an expression of myself. Jedindi encapsulates everything I love about fashion - simple structures paired with bold and unique patterns – the creation of the artwork itself– the digital representation of country, the juxtaposition of the nobility of tradition and its expression on contemporary fashion pieces.

What is Viscose Voile you ask?

Viscose Voile is a lightweight, semi-sheer fabric made from viscose, a type of rayon fiber derived from natural sources such as wood pulp.

Composition: Viscose is a regenerated cellulose fiber, making it breathable and comfortable to wear. Voile, which means "veil" in French, refers to the lightweight and semi-transparent nature of the fabric.

Texture and Feel: Viscose Voile has a smooth, soft texture and drapes beautifully. It is known for its delicate and airy feel, making it ideal for warm-weather clothing.

Appearance: The fabric is semi-sheer, with a fine weave that allows light to pass through, giving it an elegant and slightly translucent look. It often has a subtle sheen that adds to its visual appeal.

Care: Viscose Voile is relatively easy to care for, but it can be delicate. It is usually recommended to hand wash or machine wash on a gentle cycle with mild detergent. Avoid wringing or twisting the fabric to prevent damage, and air dry to maintain its shape and quality.

Breathability: The natural cellulose content in viscose makes Viscose Voile highly breathable, which helps in keeping the wearer cool and comfortable in hot weather.

Viscose Voile is appreciated for its combination of natural comfort, elegant appearance, and versatile uses, making it a popular choice in both fashion and home décor.
